Can I change the color of my tub and tile?
A. Yes! We can change whatever color bathroom you have to any color bathroom you want.
How long does it take?
A. It depends on the condition of your bathroom. On average, it takes 4-5 hours to re-do a bathtub.
Is there an odor while the work is being done?
A. We come equipped with full ventilation systems to extract odors that occur with our process. You may notice a slight odor after we are finished. This is typically gone within a few hours.
How do I care for my newly refinished fixtures?
A. All refinished surfaces should be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner. The refinished surface will be smooth and glossy. Your grout lines will be sealed (if the tile is refinished), leaving a surface that is non-porous, easy to keep clean, and has excellent color and gloss retention.
Can you refinish fiberglass?
A. Yes! We can refinish your one-piece bathtub unit as well as shower stalls. We also can do repairs to cracked and damaged units.
How long after completion before we can use refinished bathtub?
A. It takes 2 days for our surface to cure. It will be dry to the touch in 4-6 hours and takes additional time to cure because of the thickness of our material. Our process is sprayed on. It’s 12 coats of material for longevity, durability, and looks.
How long will it last?
A. If proper care and cleaning procedures are followed, your newly refinished fixtures should last over 15 years.

Our Porcelain and Ceramic Resurfacing Process

At Superior Glazing, we use a thermosetting, test-proven, chemical duplicate of porcelain. Our glaze combines the best properties of urethanes, epoxies, and polyesters.

It also provides a glossy, durable, glazed tile-like finish that cures a hard abrasion and chemical-resistant coating.
